Deen Developments was founded by the Mohammed family in 1979. The primary focus of the business at the time was real estate development and investment in Northern British Columbia. Since then the company has expanded its reach and has been involved in projects in Toronto, The United States and throughout the Lower Mainland
Deen Developments has established a growing portfolio of commercial and rental properties, which it continuously looks to add to.
The company has a home building division that is involved with projects around the Lower Mainland. Most recently we have completed the construction of a number of single family executive homes in South Surrey, BC. Currently the company is constructing homes in central Richmond BC that were made available for sale in February 2010.
