Cattermole Industrial Estates is a 200 acre industrial park located west of Chilliwack B.C just off the Trans- Canada Highway.

The property has been owned by the Cattermole Group since 1971, at which time the lands comprised of industrial, agricultural and rural residential zoning. In 2001 the Cattermole Group had the agricultural properties removed from the ALR and rezoned to M4 Heavy Industrial.

Once the necessary zoning was achieved the Cattermole Group then assembled a team to plan and develop the park.

Since the properties were in a flood plain area, a dyke was constructed to the standards of the provincial and municipal governing bodies. This dyke, which spanned 3,900 lineal meters, consisted of over 300,000 metric tones or 6,000 truckloads of material. After three years of construction of the dyke was finally completed in 2006.

Today, Cattermole Industrial Estates is a fully serviced Industrial Park with over 80 acres of land sold to date. Some the companies that have moved to the park include Langley Concrete, West Coast Reduction, Amix Sales and Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers.

In 1987 Cattermole donated 10 acres to The Nature Trust to preserve some of the natural habitat along the Fraser River. In continuing with that legacy the Cattermole Group donated an additional 20 acres of the industrial park to the Nature Trust in 2008 to be set aside for wetland habitat conservation.
